We were commissioned by Mumford & Sons to design and build a bespoke, site specific installation piece for their Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers 2013. Working with the band we developed and delivered the 'Strongman', constructed from a series of large, aluminium frame sections covered with polycarbonate panels. Internally lit at night and with a forearm reaching over 8m in height our Strongman is a dramatic, idiosyncratic homage to the golden days of  Victorian circus. It is a striking statement piece that has followed the band across the UK and now heads across the pond for a series of Canadian and US dates.
